- Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they enter correct wallet addresses, account information, and select the correct blockchain networks for transactions.

- FastCash.Chat shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to user errors, such as sending funds to an incorrect account or using the wrong blockchain network.

3. Crypto to USD (Traditional Bank) Transactions

- When exchanging cryptocurrency (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDT) for traditional currency (e.g., USD), the user must first transfer the specified amount of cryptocurrency to the address provided by FastCash.Chat.

- Once the cryptocurrency transfer is complete, the user must confirm the transfer to their bank by notifying FastCash.Chat through our chat service to finalize the transaction.

- FastCash.Chat will process the USD transfer only after the user’s confirmation of receipt to their specified bank account.

4. Service Rates and Pricing

- FastCash.Chat charges a service rate of 1.8%, calculated based on the weighted average price of each asset at the time of the transaction.

- All rates are subject to change based on market conditions, and users are encouraged to verify the current rate before proceeding with any transaction.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

- FastCash.Chat values the privacy of our customers and is committed to protecting their personal information. All user data and transaction details are handled with strict confidentiality in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

- FastCash.Chat does not sell, trade, or share any customer information with third parties without consent, except as required by law or in response to legal requests.

6. Prohibited Uses

- Users are prohibited from using FastCash.Chat for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, and any activity that violates local or international laws.

- FastCash.Chat reserves the right to terminate services for any user involved in illegal activities or for any behavior deemed abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the platform.

7. Risk Disclaimer

8. Transaction Completion and Confirmation

- If any delays or issues occur, users must promptly contact FastCash.Chat for assistance. FastCash.Chat is not responsible for any delays outside its control, including but not limited to network congestion or third-party service outages.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

- All transactions completed through FastCash.Chat are final and cannot be canceled once executed. Users must carefully review all transaction details before confirming.

- Refunds may be issued solely at FastCash.Chat's discretion and only in specific situations, such as identifiable errors directly caused by FastCash.Chat.
